"MONTAGE" was a hands-on arts festival I produced for several years in San Francisco.  It included 15 working art studios under one roof.  Guests were encouraged to paint, sculpt, make paper, drum drums, make rubbings from a "healing pole," draw on slate, do computer generated art, and dance to some great local bands.  MANY thanks to the talented and generous artists that made the whole thing come together, and of course to the sponsors whose contributions we could not have done without:  The Fort Mason Foundation, Haagen-Dazs, and  San Francisco Focus Magazine.
