This piece was created at Neiman Marcus, Short Hills - host of "The New Jersey Center for Visual Arts Images 2002: The Art of Dining Fundraising Gala.  The image was to represent the cooking style of celebrity guest chef David Cunningham of Petrossian Caviar restaurant in New York.  Researching this was obviously my pleasure, as Mr. Cunningham treated my husband and myself to a plethora of fabulous dishes.  Thanks David - I hope I did your work justice.  And to all who participated in the painting - thanks for being great sports about sticking you fingers in paint.  I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

"The Art of Dining" was donated by Neiman Marcus to The New Jersey Center for Visual Arts.  I believe the original is on display in the gallery.
