Balinese Sunshowers

This is taken from a photograph I took in Indonesia on the Island of Bali. What a beautiful place. The beaches are a little overcrowded with locals trying to sell everything from chocolate to back massages, but the mountains and the rice fields are stunningly beautiful. I was driving down a back country road when I passed this boy with three others skipping down the road with their umbrellas. The rain had stopped but the fun of the umbrellas was still going strong. When I stopped the car and got out they dropped their umbrellas and ran up to me (to see what kind of goodies I had I'm sure). This one with his Hawaiian shirt and broken zipper I found particularly amusing. I asked, through sign language of course, that he go get his umbrella. I believe he found me quite silly (I am) for wanting him to hold the umbrella over his head when it wasn't raining. They all got a banana for their troubles and continued happily down the road.
